is there anything else i can mix with powder hair bleach other than Oreor creme Developer?

i know its really bad to bleach your hair but i reallllyy have no other choice it’s either i do or i dont . but yeah is there anything else i can mix with it to make it work?

You don’t have to use Oreor developer but you do have to use some kind of developer. Preferably a Creme Developer as it will have needed conditioning agents and moisturizers to protect hair and keep it from becoming dry and brittle. Use 20 or 30 Vol. – NEVER use 40 vol. with Powder Bleach on the scalp, Only with a frosting cap, foils or Mechés.(A special coated paper used for highlights)
